A friendly and helpful team member will greet you upon arrival and invite you to enjoy the comforts of our state-of-the-art patient lounge whist collecting any necessary new patient information
Consultation
A detailed discussion with your dentist to get to know you, your specific concerns, your past dental experiences and your personal needs and wants
Comprehensive examination
A detailed and thorough assessment of your teeth, your past restorative treatment, gum (periodontal) health, jaw joints and muscles and smile aesthetics
Oral Cancer Screen
A systematic screening of the oral tissues to check for cancer and other pathologies
Digital X-rays (unlimited)
A high quality, low-dose radiation set of x-rays to diagnose dental diseases between your teeth and underneath old treatment. For no further cost, additional x-rays for areas of specific concern can be taken
X-ray Scans; OPG and/or CBCT Scan
A specialised full jaw scan to help assess wisdom teeth, gum and bone health and other dental conditions like jaw fractures or root abscesses
Intra-oral Photography
See what the dentist sees with a set of high quality intraoral photographs that record and analyse any dental issues, help with aesthetic smile assessment and aid in optimal treatment planning
Discussion of Treatment Options
A detailed outline of all available treatment possibilities suitable for you, including specific costs, time frames, risks as well as pro's and con's of each
Prioritised Treatment Plan
A custom designed treatment plan to suit your personal needs, wants and circumstances
Professional Dental Cleaning - New Patient Package 2 only
A thorough professional dental cleaning, including removal of staining, plaque, scaling of tartar, polish and preventative fluoride treatment. Preventative advice that is customised to you is always provided.
